This home renovation included a conversion from an Oil-fired forced hot air heating system to a
Gas fired condensating boiler with four zone pumps and an underfloor staple up radiant heating system.
 

Domestic hot water is provided by an indirect hot water tank along with a baseboard zone in the
garage and a hydro air coil in the A/C system for supplementry heat if needed.
 

A Glycol heat exchanger, pumps and wiring were installed for a future Snow Melt Station
in the garage which will take care of driveway snow melting.
